What areas do you cover?

We cover the whole of the UK, from John O'Groats to Lands End and everywhere in between.

You're not restricted to source in the areas your investors are active - we have buyers in all parts of the UK.

What types of property are your buyers interested in?

We are connected to such a huge and varied number of buyers who are all looking for different properties in different locations. 

You may have turned down land or commercial or problem residential in the past but you can now open this up as an income stream by bringing these leads to us.


We deal with: residential, commercial, land, tenanted, HMOs, mixed use and unmortgageable properties - in any condition.


We’ve sold weird and wonderful properties such as a police box, a bothy, churches, pubs, hotels, park homes and a lap dancing club!

What is the fee for finding a lead?

We will split the total fees achieved with you 50/50.

 

As you know, fees vary per property so we don’t want to set a standard finder’s fee for you.

 

We are completely open and transparent when it comes to telling you the generated fee for each of your converted leads.

 

We also have a reputation to uphold so it is in our interest to pay honestly and timely – plus we also want you to recommend us to others and bring more leads!

Is this a training course?

No, we are not selling training.

You will, of course, pick up some useful knowledge and hone your existing skills simply by working together with us.

Is there a contract term or minimum expectation?

The Sourcery model is available to you as often or infrequently as you need to use it.

We don't ask for any contracts to be signed. We have built a business based on reputation and trust, and your experience will fully reflect those values.

What else can you do for me?

Whilst Sourcery is set up as a sales tool for our partners, we would also be delighted to work with you as a property buyer.

We have great new opportunities coming to the market every day and would be happy to discuss any of interest with you.
